A smile makeover is a thoughtful, fully personalised plan to transform how your teeth look and how you feel about them. It's never about a "one-size-fits-all" smile - it's about yours.

A smile makeover is a carefully considered combination of cosmetic and restorative treatments, designed together to transform how your smile looks and feels. Rather than treating one tooth in isolation, we look at the whole picture - colour, shape, alignment, gum line - and plan a beautiful, natural-looking result.

Patients often come to us thinking it's just about teeth. By the end, they're describing how differently they feel about photos, meetings, holidays, even how they speak to people. A smile makeover is one of those rare bits of dentistry that genuinely changes how someone feels in their everyday life.

Smile makeovers are some of the most rewarding work we do, and they're never something we rush. We plan every case meticulously, using digital smile design, careful photography and proper consultation time - because the result needs to suit you for the next 20 years, not just the next selfie.

Every makeover is fully personalised, but commonly involves a thoughtful combination of:
A smile makeover is a properly considered process, and we'll guide you carefully through every step. Here's what to expect.

Your makeover begins with a dedicated, unhurried consultation. We'll talk through what you'd like to change, take photographs, listen properly to your goals, and start to shape what's possible.
Using digital scans, photographs and 3D imaging, we'll plan your new smile virtually - so you can see your results before any treatment begins. You'll leave with a fully costed plan to take home and consider.
Most makeovers begin with the basics - hygiene treatment, whitening, and any straightening or restorative work needed beneath the surface. This stage can take weeks or several months depending on what's needed.
Once your foundations are in place, the cosmetic stages begin. This might include bonding, veneers, crowns, or a careful combination - all timed and sequenced to give the best long-term result.
The moment we love most. You'll see your finished smile, and we'll check every detail before you leave. We'll then plan your long-term hygiene and review schedule to keep your results looking beautiful.

Beautifully so. We're not in the business of fitting identical, oversized hollywood teeth - that's not what suits most of our patients. We design each smile around your face, lips, age and personality, so the result looks like the smile you should always have had.

It depends on what your makeover involves. Some patients are finished within a few weeks (whitening and bonding, for example), while more comprehensive cases involving aligners, implants or veneers can take six to twelve months. We'll always be honest about the timeline.

Smile makeover pricing is highly personalised, since every plan is different. As a guide:

Where do I start with a smile makeover?
With a conversation. Book a cosmetic consultation, bring some photos of smiles you like, and we'll talk it all through. There's no obligation, no pressure, and we'll take the time to properly understand what you're hoping for.
Will I see what my new smile looks like before treatment?
Yes - we use digital smile design and 3D scanning to create a preview of your new smile before any treatment begins. Some cases also involve a "trial smile" using temporary materials, so you can wear your future smile for a few days first.
Can I just have one or two things done, not a full makeover?
Absolutely. Plenty of patients have a smaller refinement rather than a full makeover - and sometimes a little well-chosen whitening and bonding is all it takes. We'll always recommend the simplest, kindest path to the result you want.
How long will my smile makeover last?
With good home care and regular hygiene visits, the work typically lasts many years - veneers and crowns often 15 to 20 years, bonding around five to seven, and whitening a few years before topping up. We'll guide you on protecting your investment.
Will my makeover involve any uncomfortable treatment?
We work very hard to make sure it doesn't. Local anaesthetic is used wherever needed, treatment is gentle and modern, and IV sedation is available for any patients who'd prefer it. Most patients say it was far easier than they expected.
Can I have a smile makeover if I have crooked teeth or missing teeth?
Yes. In fact, those are often part of what we're correcting. Clear aligners can straighten teeth gently before cosmetic work, and dental implants can replace any missing teeth as part of the overall plan.
